Let’s live the indestructible life in Christ!
Jesus is indestructible! He has already defeated death, the powers of darkness, and the devil. If you are in Jesus, then you are indestructible, too! That’s the promise of eternity with God.
You don’t have to wait until you die to begin to live the indestructible life. You can find freedom and halt the devil in his tracks, declaring, “You can’t hurt me!” The devil can’t hurt you. People can’t hurt you. The world can’t hurt you. They can’t even hurt your feelings.
Satan is “the strong man” in the world (see Luke 11:21-22). Don’t let yourself be fascinated by the darkness. Don’t give into the false idea that there is a divine secret or purpose behind evil. God has no purpose for evil. He doesn’t need the presence of evil to teach you a lesson. Let God cast the devil and every trace of darkness out of your life. We should be celebrating because we live in the day of the Lord’s liberation!
You can live indestructible!

Jesus is the Stronger Man. He is stronger than the devil, and He’s definitely stronger than all your fears and weaknesses. He can and will go on the attack and drive the devil out of your life. Now is the time to start living the indestructible life in God!
Luke 11:21-22 (NIV)
21 “When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own house, his possessions are safe. 22 But when someone stronger attacks and overpowers him, he takes away the armor in which the man trusted and divides up his plunder.
Luke 10:17-20 (NIV)
17 The seventy-two returned with joy and said, “Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name.” 18 He replied, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 19 I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. 20 However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”
Acts 16:16-18 (NIV)
16 Once when we were going to the place of prayer, we were met by a female slave who had a spirit by which she predicted the future. She earned a great deal of money for her owners by fortune-telling. 17 She followed Paul and the rest of us, shouting, “These men are servants of the Most High God, who are telling you the way to be saved.” 18 She kept this up for many days. Finally Paul became so annoyed that he turned around and said to the spirit, “In the name of Jesus Christ I command you to come out of her!” At that moment the spirit left her.
If you don’t cast out the strong man, the devil, you’ll be less human. (Listen to episode 17 to learn more about what it means to be fully human.) Having the strong man in your life makes you worn down all the time. No one wants to live like that! So what are you going to do about it?
