We are in danger of being a clueless generation! A flood is coming! Just like in the days of Noah, many people know nothing of what’s coming and are ignoring the signs. The signs are everywhere in our society. The world is unsettled.
Who is the clueless generation? “They’ve grown up in a humanistic society that just caters to the me-ism and everyone is a poor old victim,” Steve says. This attitude even comes from the preachers of many churches. We are winners, and we should be living the victorious life the Bible promises us!
What is the flood? Evil spirits are waiting to be loosed. Will it be our faults if they are? The churches are unprepared for the oppressive spirits to come. Christians will fall to the spirits of immorality, depression, lying, etc. We need a move of God! God is the only thing and the only One that can save us.
Why is the flood coming? The people of Noah’s day were also clueless about the reason for the flood. The flood was coming because of them—not because of God. We are bringing on the flood as we cater to humanistic, self-centered religion. We are putting ourselves over God and choosing a selfish false gospel over His true Gospel.
It is time to lay down our lives and die to ourselves. We need to start preaching the Bible and preaching Jesus. We need freedom and a fresh move of God! Let’s stop the evil spirits in their tracks. We can do it if we run for revival.
36 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.
38 For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark;
39 and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man."
